Organisation
Responsibility for sales and personnel rests with different individuals. This is an effective approach when a large number of personnel are needed quickly on site.
Sales staff: Sales staff work directly with the customer and follow-up current staffing. Projects on an ongoing basis to ensure the quality of the assignment.
Personnel co-ordinators: Work on an ongoing basis to recruit, and book in personnel for different assignments.
Staff care
It is important to us that our employees are satisfied and feel that they are developing professionally. We therefore devote considerable resources to following up and supporting our personnel at their different assignments. We offer ongoing social activities, such as film evenings and similar events. Uniflex is an authorised staffing company. Authorisation is issued by Almega - Swedish Association of Staff Agencies and is a guarantee to the Customer that Uniflex is serious and complies with laws and regulations. Uniflex UK are members of the REC.
Quality certification
Uniflex is certified according to ISO 9001:2000. Certification means that Uniflex works in a process-oriented way and has demonstrated quality in both the work that takes place in-house and in the services that are provided. This is in accordance with our business in Sweden , and will be mirrored in the UK.
